7/9	Please read and follow the instructions. Doubts if any clarify.
12/9	Read and follow the instructions regarding the 10-day report. You cannot arbitrarily decide the period of the report. It is to be prepared on dates 1, 11, 21 of every month and to be submitted on the next working day.

27/9	Observed that S7C students had not turned up at the lab till now (9.15). Supposed to report at the assigned lab well in time.
2/10	Project proposal format is ready
4/10	Slides format for proposal(topic) evaluation is ready. Project proposal format has been modified slightly. No need to submit again if done already. Topic presentation & evaluation will be conducted next week during project slots.
6/10	Soft copy of the proposal doc should be sent to the guide, and coordinator. Please ensure presence of your guide for the evaluation. Do all the preparations and arrangements for the presentation well in advance. 15 minutes will be allotted per group for presentation. Slides should not be filled with lengthy sentences except for problem statement and proposed solution. Slides are helping tools for the presenter - so use it to remind you with the key points, and explain it. Arrange black/white board or online writing tool to explain some points if required. Exhibit the group number, project topic, and team member roll-numbers and names somewhere on the black-board to be visible throughout your presentation session. Clean the black/white board at the end of your presentation. Project file should be made available to the evaluation team.
