Prepare the reports sufficiently early by
giving sufficient time for the faculty to go through it. The
practice of approaching the faculty at the fag end may not
succeed always. The copy of the report submitted to KTU should be forwarded to me as draft copy with the file name already suggested. |

Instructions posted on 1/7/22 regarding 10d
report seemed to have ignored. Reminding to complete all
pending matters including 10d reports dated 1/7 and 11/7 on
12/7 as July 12 is the last date to submit the internals and
attendance to KTU by faculty. Ensuring 85% attendance is the
responsibility of the student. So please be there on the
college on 12/7 to discuss these matters with me. I will be
on leave on 11/7. But, you may complete the discussions with
the guide on 11/7 itself. Meanwhile hope you all have checked your S3 result. |

Schedule is released. Up to 10th 10-day reports should be submitted before FIE. Also pending discussions if any also should be completed. After the internal evaluation, preferably before the university evaluation, you have to upload the project files to the server along with installation and operation instructions (format will be provided if required) so that your juniors or other CEC people may work on the project or demonstrate it before other academic people. Of course, you could make the code and other resources public or with restricted access as you wish. |
